    “Caldwell Theatre Company relies on the support of its volunteers. We are expanding our volunteer opportunities in the following areas:
    Box Office: Maintain customer database, ticket sales and distribution, clerical duties. Must be friendly, outgoing, work independently, great customer service skills, computer entry and a smiling attitude.
    Schedule: Weekdays, Weeknights and Weekends. Flexible hours. Available at least twice a week.

    Greeter: Event staff. To greet all patrons at entrance to theater. Direct patrons to Box Office, restrooms, Bar/Concessions, Receptions, and provide information as requested. Must be friendly, smiling attitude, outgoing, capable of standing and walking for scheduled time.
    Greeters are the Host and Hostess for the evening.
    Schedule: Very flexible schedule. Must arrive one hour and fifteen minutes prior to event. Must remain fter the performance to thank patrons for coming.

    Development: Assist with Grants. Mailings and clerical duties. Staffing fundraisers. Selling and set-up raffles and auction items. Prior working knowledge of Grants. Work independently, friendly, outgoing, smiling attitude, and organized.
    Schedule: Very flexible.

    Social Networking: Do you Tweet, Facebook or YouTube? Need to keep Caldwell on these and others daily, weekly, always. Update all event calendars with Caldwell Theatre Company events and activities through outside websites. Familiar with social networking skills, creative, detailed, work independently, and super expressive.
    Schedule: Flexible but available at least twice a week.

    Finance: Knowledge of Quickbooks. Assist staff as needed.
    Schedule: Flexible but available at least twice a week.

    Company Manager Clerk: Assist Company Manager with audition appointments, audition announcements, audition day activities, Hospitality set-up and breakdown, assembling and distribution of actor packets, and other clerical duties. Great phone skills and Computer skill with experience in email, Excel, Microwoft Word. Friendly, organized, detail oriented. Follow directions well, able to walk and/or stand for a period of time, and helpful attitude.
    Schedule: Flexible but available twice a week.”

Our volunteers are an integral part of the hospital: acting as hospital ambassadors to patients, employees and visitors; assisting patients and staff on a nursing unit; raising funds for equipment and services; serving on an event planning committee; organizing children’s tours; helping with our Pet Therapy program; delivering flowers and so much more. They include high school and college students, adults and retirees and even former patients. They play valuable and meaningful roles in the lives of our patients throughout our hospital.
